I have devoted my entire career, spanning 30+ years, to creating diversity, staffing, and recruiting solutions for hundreds of major corporations. As President of HR Recruiting & Benefits, Inc., I am pleased to be able to offer an expanded set of human resources products and services including recruiting and interviewing events, financial and health benefits planning, and diversity consulting.

As President of a worldwide leader in U.S. and international recruiting strategies for the past 21 years, our organization organized and produced over 100 interviewing and recruiting events nationwide with strong emphasis on the participation of women and minorities. Before that, I was Director of Worldwide Staffing & Affirmative Action/EEO at Aetna. While there, I worked closely with Arthur Ashe, Jr. and many national diversity consultants to implement strategies and programs for the recruitment and retention of women and minorities, as well as one of the first diversity training programs for managers in the country. I also worked as Yale University's Personnel & Affirmative Action/EEO Officer before moving to Aetna.

I have been fortunate to have been the recipient of awards reflecting my work in, and strong support of diversity initiatives including recognition from the Urban League, NAACP, National Council of La Raza, NAMEPA, National Puerto Rican Forum, INROADS, and the White House Presidential Merit Award for developing and implementing one of the top youth employment and affirmative action programs in the country.
