To make it as affordable as possible for invited students, the Forum subsidizes room rates at the beautiful all-suite Buena Vista Suites located just a few steps from the Conference hotel -- just $99/night plus tax for up to 4 in a room (rooms with two queen beds) and 4 (room with one king bed). These are spacious two-room suites And with three people comfortably sharing a suite, the cost is just $33 a night -- and this includes a full restaurant breakfast each day for each person!

Each Suite Features:

Private bedroom and separate living room with sofa bed and most can accommodate up to 4 comfortably (with bed-sharing).
In-suite coffee/tea makers, refrigerator, microwave oven, 2 remote control/cable TV's with video player, pay-per-view movies and interactive video games.
In-suite safe, work desk, and chair 2 telephones with voice mail message service
Computer data ports available in every suite
